About BackReliever Decompression Belt
The BackReliever Decompression Belt helps ease back pain by gently pulling on your lower back. It works by stretching the lower part of your spine, reducing pressure and preventing excessive bending in the lower back.
Wearing this belt can help relax the muscles in your lower back and reduce pressure on your nerves. It also supports the ligaments around your lower spine, providing relief to any injured areas.
By wearing the Back Reliever for just 10 minutes daily, you can address the root cause of your back pain. It stretches your spine to its correct position, creating more space between your bones. This relief is especially beneficial for issues like herniated discs, as it eases pressure on your nerves.
How BackReliever Works
Years of hard work, prolonged sitting, and bad posture apply damaging tension to our vertebrae, forcing them to collapse, which deteriorates the healthy curve in our back.
This causes our spinal discs to squeeze out of place and press on nearby nerves, leading to that excruciating pain in your neck, lower back, buttocks, and down your leg/s.
The Back Reliever works by inflating little air pockets inside it that lift your body weight off your lower back, giving your spine much-needed oxygenation and blood flow, and most importantly relieving back pain almost instantly.
93% of customers report less back pain after 4 weeks…
… more specifically, that means less back pain even when they’re not wearing the BackReliever.
- Provides instantaneous pain relief
- Slowly but surely heals your spine after a few months of use
- Live with less pain and more mobility!
The BackReliever is highly recommended and endorsed by spinal surgeons and doctors across the country!
Back Reliever Features
The BackReliever Decompression Belt offers several key features designed to alleviate back pain and improve spinal health:
1. Traction and Decompression Therapy
The belt provides both traction and decompression therapy, which helps relieve pressure on the spinal discs and nerves. This is particularly beneficial for conditions like herniated discs, sciatica, and degenerative disc disease.
2. Inflatable Design
The belt can be inflated to increase the vertical space between spinal discs, effectively reducing pressure and pain. This inflation process stretches the lower back gently and creates traction in the lumbar region.
4. Adjustable Fit
The belt is designed to fit a range of waist sizes, typically accommodating waists from 25 inches up to 55 inches, ensuring a snug and effective fit for a wide variety of body types.
5. Ease of Use
It is easy to wear and can be used at home or on the go. The belt is inflated using a hand pump, and it can be worn under clothes, making it discreet and practical for continuous support throughout daily activities.
6. Portable and Wireless
The belt’s design is portable and does not require continuous electrical power, which allows users to wear it while performing everyday activities without restriction.
7. Support and Stability
When deflated, the belt still provides structural support to the lower back, helping to stabilize the spine and prevent further injury.
Benefits of Using BackReliever
The Back Reliever Decompression Belt offers numerous benefits for individuals suffering from lower back pain:
1. Pain Relief
By decompressing the spine, the belt helps to alleviate pain caused by compressed spinal discs and pinched nerves. This relief can be significant for those with chronic back conditions.
2. Improved Mobility
With reduced pain and increased support, users often experience improved mobility and are able to perform daily activities with greater ease and less discomfort.
3. Enhanced Circulation
The decompression effect also promotes better blood flow to the spinal area, which can aid in the healing process and reduce inflammation.
4. Versatility
The belt can be used in various settings, including while sitting, standing, or walking, and it’s effective for both acute and chronic pain management.
5. Non-Invasive Treatment
As a non-drug and non-surgical treatment option, the decompression belt offers a safe alternative for those who wish to avoid more invasive treatments.
6. Preventive Care
Regular use of the belt can help prevent future back problems by maintaining proper alignment and reducing strain on the lumbar spine during daily activities.
How to Use BackReliever Decompression Belt
- Preparation: Ensure you are wearing a layer of light clothing for comfort and to prevent any direct contact with the skin that might cause irritation.
- Application: Place the fully deflated belt around your waist, ensuring that the bottom of the belt cradles the top of your hips.
- Inflation: Use the hand pump provided to inflate the belt. As the belt inflates, it will begin to stretch and lift the area around your lower back.
- Duration: It is recommended to wear the belt for about 30 minutes at a time, several times a day, especially during activities that might exacerbate back pain

He puts it on when he is doing projects that would affect his back. He could, or maybe should, wear
it all day, but it tends not too.
A week later:
I used it 4 times to relieve the back spasm. It helped a lot. I put it away just in case I would need it again. However, now I am working on my posture, and taking supplements to extinguish the inflammation completely.
- Inversion table hurts my ankles after a while, and the blood pools into my brain.
- Neck hammock is okay for neck and shoulder area, but does little to do anything for lower back.
- Stretching board is fine for stretching muscles but doesn't do much to actually decompress the spine.
I found the decompression belt to be very effective when I have it on under my clothes and directly against my skin, where it can grab the skin tight and quite literally stretch out my spine. Not only does it stretch out my spine, it also forces me to straighten out my posture when I'm sitting down.
When I used the belt for the first time, I didn't feel much improvement. The second time I used it, I placed it directly against my skin and the decompression effect was much more pronounced. After wearing it for about 20 minutes, I took it off and rotated my hips to the sides and got the most satisfying cracks I've had in a very long time.
All in all, this device is worth every penny.
Boy was I surprised. The belt does indeed tighten up while being inflated. But more importantly, the height of the belt also increases when being pumped up. This height increase is what provides the decompression of the lower back, something I could feel as it happened and that instantly provided relief to my lower backache.
I then went back and read the instructions. They describe how to put on the belt, attach the pump, and inflate the chambers, all of which were obvious from the design. They also described how the belt works to provide decompression. Nice surprise. They've included a list of warnings, along with conditions that, if you suffer from them, would cause you to not use the belt.
This belt is well made and seems very sturdy and durable. The velco grips strongly and makes it easy to put the belt on. If you need some extra length in belt, they've included an extender (about 9 inches). The pump is incredibly easy to attach and use. I felt as though it took forever to fully pump up the belt - the instructions say it can take 30 - 45 pumps...okay, wasn't just me. You can deflate the belt by holding the pump clip half-open. HOWEVER, in reading the instructions I found that they provide a device stored in a pocket on the front of the belt for this exact job. This little plastic key is attached via an elastic strap so you don't lose it. It easily reaches the air valve, and you simply push it in to deflate. Once done, the key goes back into its pocket. Simple, but brilliant.
I was impressed with this belt. The design is thoughtful and the use is intuitive. The instructions are clear and well illustrated, and most importantly, the belt works very well. I would have no hesitation buying another, either for myself or as a gift.
braces and it's comfortable to wear. Putting it on and taking it off is easy. What I would like to see as a option is a bulb pump like a blood pressure cuff, this way I can leave it on if I want, or pump a little air in or release some if I need to as the day goes on. I highly recommend this
product, and say give it a try.
The tubing and air channel connections have good placement and can easily be reached or manipulated while I'm wearing. The pump even seems like an expensive quality portable bicycle pump, it's great.
The pumping is simple once the springy clamp is holding the tubes connected together. This air compression is 100% real and it's not limited by the elastic stretch of standard airless compression belts.
I definitely feel good recommending this compression belt, it's 5 stars worthy for me. Thanks for your time with my opinion.
Take care and stay healthy.
The support is welcoming, while its portability makes it my ‘go to’ when discomfort flares and I’m on the go.
I did and I'm so happy I did. It is easy to use and provides such relief that I can walk normally again and not worry about a disc being pinched and causing pain. You wrap it around your upper torso (in my case to open up my lower spine) and pump it up.
The pump does not have a scale, so you do have to pump until the belt feels comfortably tight and not hurting in any way. Also if you are tiny this is probably not for you. I wear a small in clothing and it is almost too big for me but I can wrap it tightly. If you are large there is an adjustable piece to extend it around a larger torso.
My posture isn't bad without this belt, however, is a nice reminder to maintain a strong posture even when not wearing it. The air pump works well except the volume of air is low, so it takes a lot of pumps to inflate the belt. The belt expands as described but it seems like I can never get the full 'growth', I think I am getting maybe 90% and that seems effective. The connector clip takes some getting used to. When you stop pumping the air starts to leak past the connector so you must quickly remove the clip before much air is lost.
I am not recommending this as an injury healing device and I am not claiming that it will solve your back pain. I am saying it is comfortable and applies pressure as it states .
This belt is durable and It relieves tight lower back muscles, lower back pain, & stiffness by lifting your lumbar and unloading the weight off your lower back, allowing the muscles to relax. Using traction, this decompression back belt expands vertically and reduces the burden around your lower back joints.
I put it on before any significant lifting or squating activity. It definitely helps keep sciatic pain at bay.
I ordered this after one of my friend recommendation with good results, so I thought I would try this belt.
It was just normal product when I wore it at first day. But after 4 days wearing it seemed to help a lot. I feel better after wearing it for 4 days up to now and this product better than the ordinary belt support, it have the air filled function and better support for my back and feel comfortable. I will highly recommend this to others if you have a back pain problem like me.
It does the job of relaxing back muscles cramped, and set properly the posture, when inflated, so far being wearing it from few hours to more, and it is always providing pain release.
It might be worthy to find a solution to your removed belt by either adding it to the inflatable belt.
Good product to recommend when in back stress.
